"Have triplets, lack outdoor experience and then become a part of the first all women’s team to walk both poles."
Ann Daniels, a girl after my own heart...
Feel inspired to do something but fear you lack the skills or knowledge to get started? Take the leap and learn as you go, life begins when you're on the edge of your comfort zone! You can do it!!
What a facinating story Ann Daniels has.

As if having triplets wasn't enough, this brave, bold, beautiful woman pushed her body to its absolute limits on an adventure of a lifetime.
"I caught the dream and thought, hang on a minute, this is my chance to change my life...
I either walk away now or I really try, I grasp it and really embrace the challenge"
With no experience, Ann Daniels, Pom Oliver and Caroline Hamilton set out on an expedition, as the first women in history to walk to both the North and South Poles as part of all women teams. "Sadly, Pom Oliver had to be evacuated part-way through the expedition, leaving Ann and Caroline to reach the Pole and achieve their Guinness world record on June 1st 2002."
Facing some of the most hostile conditions our planet has to offer, for the ultimate adventure. Challenging fears, testing friendships and proving just how much we can achieve when we put our minds to it. Just incredible!
Ann continues to travel to the polar region, including expeditions with the
Catlin Arctic Survey's team, undertaking vital field research on the Arctic.
I'm not a fan of cold environments, but after watching Ann's talk for Do Lectures (below), I am tempted to join her on her next expedition!

Go make that exciting idea you have a reality!

Be Brave, Be Bold, You're Beautiful!
